Antoine Paul Camilleri started his artistic career by being apprenticed to his father, the late Antoine Camilleri. He followed on to achieve a Diploma in Fine Arts at the School of Art, eventually teaching at the Art & Design Centre in Valletta. Although he has a passion for pen drawing, Antoine Paul also attended life classes and worked on modelling in clay from original drawings. He also works in wax for artwork to be cast in bronze. His favoured media include clay, tin sculpture, fibre glass, etching on copper plates, watercolour and acrylic paints. Antoine Paul has had several solo exhibitions over the years and his works are found in several private collections.
