A lifelong creative, Alexia explored photography, songwriting, poetry, singing, and design before rediscovering her roots in painting over 20 years later. Her paintings are a way to express her appreciation for the beauty in the world and her vision of aesthetics. She is intrigued by the often elusive and difficult-to-describe atmosphere — that which is not composed of matter but rather of sensations — and it is this very essence that she strives to capture and convey in her work.
